On arriving at Heathrow airport on way to car park got caught up in v. busy traffic flow to the short stay drop off-and couldn't get out of it! which has incurred an extra charge of £40. On arrival back from holiday- waited for much more than the 20 minutes was told for our car to be delivered.

BCP are the one company I trust, big setup with a nice, very secure multi storey on the Bath Road with CCTV, 24 hour manned, all those trimmings. They used to be known as Q Park and have been in business for a few years.
